Hanna DeHoff grew up in Camden and attended Camden-Rockport schools. She is a graduate of the North Carolina School of the Arts in Winston-Salem and of the University of Maine in Orono. She holds a BA in German and traveled abroad for two years before relocating to New York City to pursue a career in dance and theatre. She has studied ballet, modern, African and Afro-Caribbean dance with an extensive list of teachers over the years. She has performed her own pieces as well as the works of choreographers Jane Comfort, Brian Simon and Joseph Ritsch among others. Most recently she has choreographed “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” for CRHS and “Five Course Love” for the Northport Music Theatre andplayed June inthe Everyman Repertory Theatre’s production of “The Man Who Came to Dinner.” Hanna lives in Rockland with her husband David where she is the co-owner of Synergy Massage and Bodywork.
Laurel Johnson (1962 - 2015) made her Everyman Repertory Theatre debut in the production of 84 Charing Cross Road. Laurel acted for 20 years in New York, Toronto and Los Angeles in such roles as Maggie In Tennessee Williams’ Cat on a Hot Tin Roof at Theatre Aquarius, Maggie in Lend me a Tenor at the Stage West Dinner Theatre, Nora in Norm Foster’s Wrong For Each Other at the Barre Ontario Theatre, Mattie in Cindy Lou Johnson’s The Person I once Was at the Sanford Meisner Theatre, Queen Yoland in Jean Anouilh’s The Lark, at the Actor’s Co-op Main Stage Theatre, as well as roles in The New York Ensemble Studio Theatre’s annual OctoberFest. Film credits include The Cusp, Rusty Carrots, Crickets and Potatoes, andWinter. Laurel studied at SUNY Purchase where she met and acted with director David Troup when they were both 18 years old! She also studied with Gene Frankel, Madeline Sherwood, John Costopoulos and Kay Michael Patten in New York.
David Troup is a graduate of the Acting Program at SUNY Purchase, and a lifetime member of the Actor's Studio in NYC. Among many roles, he performed Nick in Arthur Penn’s revival of Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf and has performed in or directed many of Everyman's productions, including the roles of Rothko in Red; Vanya in Vanya, Sonia, Masha & Spike; Rick in the comedic adaptation of Casablanca and Arturo Ui in The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui. He recently appeared as Benedick in Mucha Ado about Nothing and Mercutio in Romeo and Juliet as part of the Camden Shakespeare Festival.
